#72: Nutrition for Endometriosis with Jessica Drummond

 

In this episode I am joined by Jessica Drummond, the CEO of The Integrative Women’s Health Institute and author of Outsmart Endometriosis. She holds licenses in physical therapy and clinical nutrition and is a board certified health coach. She has 20 years of experience working with women with chronic pelvic pain, she facilitates educational programs for women’s health professionals in over 60 countries, and leads virtual wellness programs for people with endometriosis.

We discuss how women with Endometriosis can manage their symptoms through diet & nutrition. Jessica explains how the digestive, nervous and immune system are greatly impacted by what we eat, and how we can use food as medicine to help our bodies heal.
